Culinary Art India (CAI) is a unique and exciting professional culinary excellence challenge; it inspires more than 200 young chefs to compete and become stars of the future. Hospitality First in association with The Indian Culinary Forum and The India Federation of Culinary Association has been staging this event alongside "AAHAR" - India's largest, most established and comprehensive international trade event for the food and hospitality industry, since 2007.

India Bakery & Pastry Challenge
Held for the first time in 2009, a professional show involving practicing bakery and pastry chefs. It is the official platform to select the India Team for the Asia Pastry Cup in Singapore. One of its kind, dedicated to the industry and supported by all Culinary associations.

International Event Alignments
- Appointed Business Associate to "Foodservice Consultants Society International" for their debut in India at AAHAR 2009, Delhi. FCSI is the world's premier association of foodservice consultants with over 1400 members in 43 countries worldwide. FCSI members are the foremost professionals and specialists in hospitality consulting.
- National Team Selection for Bocuse d'Or Asia - Staged the National Selection for Bocuse d'Or Asia 2010 at The Ashok, New Delhi. Bocuse d'Or has been regarded as the most prestigious award for chefs in the world (at least when French food is considered), and is sometimes seen as the Unofficial World Championship for chefs. The winning India Team participated at the Bocuse d'Or Asia Challenge, in March 2010 at Pudong Expo in Shanghai, China.
- Official Sales Agent for Food & Hotel Asia (FHA) - since 2010. FHA is Asia's largest international food and hospitality trade event established in1978. FHA encompasses five specialised events under one roof, catering to the individual.
