I thank the organizers for having an excellent show. I was very impressed with the Bakery Business and the Horeca Business expo, the venue and the exhibitors. In my opinion we don’t need to go abroad to see any exhibition. Whatever is needed for the bakery & confectionary business and a small café, everything was available at the show – right from f lours, to mixers, to ovens, to garnishing, to packaging. The show has been very well planned and the venue is world class. Congratulations to the Hospitality First team.

I have been attending the Bakery Business show from the time it started. Every year they have been getting better and better. The 16th edition of the show, along with the 11th edition of the Horeca Business Show was just fabulous. I visited the show thinking that I will be done in an hour, but had to pull myself out of the show after 4 hours due to other commitment. I wish the organizers all the best for the future.

We are a 20 plus year-old company from the hills of Panchgani in Maharashtra. We are very happy to have participated at the Bakey Business Expo. This was our second year at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai. The turnout of visitors was excellent. We are very happy with the response received at the expo. We make sure we showcase all our products because we get all kinds of clients and distributors in this one show. We are glad that we participated again this year. I must congratulate the entire team of Bakery Business for organizing such a successful and well-organized show. This was our first time at the show and we were very excited and happy to participate. We took part in the Bakery Business 2023 edition at the Jio Convention Centre in Mumbai. This exhibition is one of the best in the bakery field. Every year we have seen lots of customers coming in from all parts of India. We see new technologies, new machines, new products and ingredients, introduced by each and every industry player. It serves as a platform for bakers, home bakers, and industries to come together and have a look at the new products available in the market. I wish all the best to the Hospitality First team for the future.

We have been partnering with Bakery Business for the past 3-4 years. In between, due to covid, this event did not happen, but I am happy that now we are at the Jio World Convention Centre, a much better location compared to the centres where we were earlier having our presence. We have been in India since 2009 and have been growing our business, both with large institutional customers and also a big number of bakeries, confectioners, hotels, restaurants and caterers. Today we have our plant in Barahmati and now we are expanding to put up a new plant, up in North in Neemrana. We are looking forward to growth of our business, as the chocolate business grows in India, and we continue to be riding on that success.

Chitale Bandhu Mithaiwale This was the first time that we participated in the Bakery Business and Horeca Business Exhibition at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai. Our experience was very good and the crowd was excellent. We got a very good response for our products. People were curious about our products and ingredients. There was a good awareness about the food products, which is a good thing for us.

As a brand, this was the first time that we participated at the Bakery Business Exhibition. I think it was a great event and the venue was excellent. I have not seen hygiene levels like this, so professionally done. In fact, my suggestions to the team of Bakery Business is that they should organize a show in Delhi as well. We look forward to such professionalism, in various parts of India, just like it has been done in Mumbai. We have really gained a lot of mileage by interacting with bakers in Mumbai. It was a fantastic opportunity. Great job done by the organizing team and we look forward to participating in all the coming editions.

I had the pleasure of attending the Bakery Business Show with our partner from India, AutoBake. India is the biggest growing market in the world. And exhibitions like this gives us a change to cover more people, from the smaller bakers to the bigger ones. I have been coming to Bakery Business show since a very long time. This edition was better in comparison to the last year. It is getting better and better. The entire process has become so much simpler. The finesse has increased so much. The quality of exhibits was fantastic. The crowd that had come in has improved so much. Bakery Business and Horeca Business 2023 held at the Jio World Centre was an extremely good platform for the HORECA visitors to come and check out latest equipment and new technologies. For the exhibitors it was an absolutely perfect venue and the for the visitors it was perfect to come and look at what is new in the industry. This year I noticed tremendous growth in both exhibitors as well as the visitors. Compared to the last few years, this year saw much more footfalls.

We are a young brand. We have two brands, Trufrost on the cooling side and Butler offering a lot of hot side equipment, including bakery, coffee machines, and ovens of a wide variety. We participated at the Bakery Business and HORECA Business Show at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai for the first time. I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the infrastructure of Jio here in Bombay. Bombay had sadly missed a good convention centre or an exhibition place. This is really nice and very well organized. Good infrastructure, very cooperative people, good organisers. I am glad that we came here.

Our experience at the 16th edition of the Bakery Business exhibition was excellent. It was very well organized and a lot of companies had participated. The visitors were well managed. There were no unwanted persons, only relevant people were at the show. The event was so crowded that we did not get any breather. Very well done and keep up the good work. Please keep on doing such shows. We look for an even better show the next time.

I have been associated with the Bakery Business Expo for more than 10 years. I have been visiting the show every year as a jury. I see great participation and huge improvement. The show is absolutely of international standards. The participation for competitions is of high standards, especially when it comes to professionals. As for students, more participation is needed. I have given tips to the students who have participated, and they have to undergo more training before they come for the competition, so that they are able to compete better. The training will help them to achieve more and take up this profession as a career.

We participated at the Bakey Business and HORECA Business Trade Show and found it to be a very good exhibition. We have been participating here for the last 14 years and it has been great to be a part of the show. Over the years, Bakery Business and the Horeca Business Shows have grown by leaps and bounds. It is a very important platform for all ingredient players and all the bakery businesses to come and visit and find solutions to their business. We are a leading industrial baker and we deal in lot of imported bakery equipment and sell across India and also in the neighbouring countries. I attended the 16th edition of Bakery Business conducted by Hospitality First at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai. I was pleasantly surprised with the nice arrangements and it was very informative. I learnt a lot about the latest trends in baking. Came to understand new and different type of ingredients and food and met some interesting people. I have been to many fairs regularly in India and abroad like iba in Munich, FOOMA in Japan, Glufood in Dubai. Quite a lot of fairs happen in India also like Aahar and Foodpro. But I must appreciate Hospitality First team for doing it in a very focused way and taking efforts like Master classes and all to enrich the visitor’s knowledge in baking and confectionary, chocolate and other allied field. I congratulate the Hospitality First team and I am sure in 2024 they will reach even greater heights. The Jio World Convention Centre is a wonderful, state-of-the art convention centre that we can all be proud of. The venue also added to the success of this exhibition.

I came from Dubai to attend the 16th edition of the Bakery Business and 11th edition of Horeca Business exhibition conducted at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai. I am a baker myself and must say that my experience has been wonderful. This is the first show that I have attended in Mumbai. It is an excellent show and I am very happy that I experienced it. My good wishes to the organizers, who have done a wonderful work.

We are quite happy infact I know Pradeep for a very very long time and I always try to participate every year and last year was the first year in JIO in believe and We are very happy with the show especially the visitors are really really good, I think the quality of visitors is really important, and all our key customers have come in a lot of new leads have been generated and for us at Bakels with our new factory that has just opened up last year I think this is a brilliant space to launch new products specially with our customers so for us this is a no brainer as much as we can we will participate in Bakery Business.

I was very happy to be at the 16th edition of the Bakery Business and 11th edition of the Horeca Business Trade Show and I was honoured to do the opening ceremony of this exhibition. It has come a very long way, where there are more than 300 exhibitors. Many new companies were there, showing off their entrepreneurial skills. Coming to a show like this in Mumbai has been a great pleasure for me because I’ve visited all the shows in Coimbatore, Hyderabad, and other cities in India. But I feel like this is back to the old good times when Hotel & Food Service used to be there, and we did excellent exhibitions like this. Of course, this is really international class now, and I’m glad that at last, now the industry is recognizing that you need to present the correct products in the right atmosphere, and that’s what Pradeep Gopalan has done. I’m proud of him—keep up the good work.

I came from France to represent Veliche in Mumbai for Damati food. The three days were wonderful and the response from the community here was very good. We had the opportunity to showcase our range to the bakery and hospitality players. We will continue to develop the brand in Mumbai and other parts of India and present all our fantastic offerings.

The exhibition was bustling with people. The Bakery Business exhibition saw a great response and we had a lot of visitors at our booth. The excitement level of the people attending the Bakery Business 2022 expo has been great. I must say it was very well organised. It was held at one of the most happening locations, probably not just in India, but in Asia. We saw tremendous response and a lot of footfalls of people coming especially from the bakery segment. I have been participating in exhibitions for the last 12 years and have never seen such kind of excitement within the industry in terms of participation in an exhibition at this level. I would like to wish and thank the organisers for the great work that they have put in and we are very satisfied and happy with the response. It has truly given us a very good return on our investment.

For almost last 10 years Shineroad has been participating in the Bakery Business Show in Mumbai. I think this is the best platform for a company to show their products and their support to the customers. This is also a great window for us to get to know our customers – their requirements and their demands.
